Installation Terms and Conditions

Scope of Installation:
- Installation services include the assembly and setup of the purchased product on a pre-prepared site as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Any other works outside of this will incur additional fees.

Site Preparation:
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is adequately prepared before the installation team arrives. This includes leveling the ground, clearing obstacles, and adhering to any specific instructions provided by Ardinagh Home & Living prior to the installation date.
- Our Base service is not included in the installation price, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery and Installation Scheduling:
- Delivery and installation may occur on separate days. Deliveries are facilitated by various courier services, such as Dascher and TPN, and are kerbside only. Items may be brought further at the driver’s discretion. Please ensure you have adequate space in your driveway to accommodate these deliveries, as they arrive on pallets.
- As the deliveries are not delivered by us, the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
- Customers will be informed of the scheduled installation date, and any changes to this schedule will be communicated promptly.
- Installation dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Rubbish Removal:
- All rubbish and packaging resulting from the delivery are the customer's responsibility. If you require removal of these materials, a fee will be applied for this service. We require advance notice for rubbish removal.

Access and Space Requirements:
- Customers must ensure that there is adequate access to the installation site for our team and that there is sufficient space for the delivery vehicle. We will also require parking for the installation day, so please insure that we have any parking permits required.

Customer Presence:
- It is recommended that the customer or an authorized representative be present during installation to verify placement and address any questions or concerns that may arise.

Safety and Liability:
- The installation team will adhere to all safety protocols during the process. Ardinagh Home & Living is not liable for any accidents or damages that occur due to the customer's failure to prepare the site or follow safety recommendations.

Warranty and Support:
- Upon completion of the installation, customers will receive information on product care and maintenance to ensure warranty compliance.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges responsibility for site preparation, delivery arrangements, and any additional fees that may apply.
