Base information

A solid level concrete is recommended for a Biohort Sheds. We recommend a stepped foundation so there is no need for floor panels.

We provide this concrete base service so please get in touch for a quote.

If installed on a flat concrete foundation, floor frame and panels are required or a concrete floor needs to be poured afterwards.

Base can be installed on just gravel if floor frame, floor panels and anchors are ordered also.

Standard door (right door hinge): 83 x 200 cm (W x H) - the standard door can be fitted on the side.
Double door: 167 x 200 cm (W x H) - from a width of 236 cm onwards, the double door can also be fitted on the side.

Wooden ceiling and roof structure

The exposed wooden ceiling on the inside regulates the air humidity thanks to its hygroscopic properties. On the outside the wooden roof is efficiently protected by a full-surface, high-quality EPDM membrane (thickness: 1.5 mm).
