Base information

A solid level concrete is recommended for a Biohort Sheds. We recommend a stepped foundation so there is no need for floor panels.

We provide this concrete base service so please get in touch for a quote.

If installed on a flat concrete foundation, floor frame and panels are required or a concrete floor needs to be poured afterwards.

Base can be installed on just gravel if floor frame, floor panels and anchors are ordered also.

From start to finish Sean and the team at Ardinagh have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sean was extremely helpful & patient with me as I decided which shed was most suitable for our garden. He worked with me to provide detailed drawings for the base so the builder could ensure an exact fit. Really easy to communicate with and was very proactive & reliable. Said he’d be with me on day of installation at 9.30am and sure enough pulled up outside at 9.29am. If there is ever any issue down the road with the shed (unlikely given how sturdy & well built they are) I can trust Sean will be good for it. Highly recommend the Biohort shed but in particular the Ardinagh team.

Good over all service

Shed arrived and unfortunately was delivered with several damaged panels.
These had to be reordered and arrived and were fitted within 2 weeks.
Couldn’t fault the lads at Ardinagh who stuck with the job.
Shed itself appears to be very good quality very well made and I’m sure will last for many years compared to cheaper alternatives.
I was promised some rain water down pipes FOC which I’m still waiting on to complete the project.
Hopefully they will arrive soon.
And as promised they arrived !

I couldnt of ask for more from Sean from ordering to installation. It's a first class product and it will fulfill all my needs. I will be recommending to all my friends. It's tall anuff on the inside for a 6ft 8in man to stand up straight inside. Sean and cathal installed it within the day. It was a stress free experience.
